Joelle is a founding member of the firm. She is an experienced commercial litigator, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of business litigation in federal, state, and administrative practice, with extensive experience at the trial court and appellate court levels.  Her practice has evolved during the past 25 years with her focus on contract and business disputes, oil and gas litigation,  insurance litigation and professional malpractice claims.  Joelle also handles employment law issues for her corporate clients, including the preparation of non-competition agreements and litigating employment related disputes.
