Andrea is an experienced litigator representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of federal and state court practice, including jury trials, as well as at the federal and state appellate court levels.  Andrea specializes in complex and commercial litigation across a variety of industries, including contract and business disputes, and class, mass and collective actions.

  • Representing plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of commercial disputes in both state and federal trial and appellate courts involving issues such as breach of contract, business torts, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair trade practices, and insurance coverage disputes
  • Representing employers and employees in wage disputes and discrimination claims
  • Representing attorneys in professional malpractice and disciplinary matters
