Kyle is a founding member of the firm and its managing member. Kyle has extensive trial experience in both the state and federal court systems, having tried over one hundred cases including over fifty jury trials. Kyle also has extensive experience with alternative dispute resolution having resolved hundreds of cases through mediation and arbitration. Kyle has also served as an arbitrator and as legal expert witness.
Kyle practices in all areas of the firms’ broad practice. Like the firm, his focus is on complex commercial contractual and business disputes, as well as white collar criminal litigation. He has handled countless sensitive and high profile cases for individual and corporate clients.
Kyle has been honored to be listed as a “Super Lawyer” for the last seven years. Kyle has also received an “AV” Peer Review Rating by Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest possible rating for ethical standards and legal ability.
Kyle is from New Orleans and has five children, Myles, Parker, McClain, Logan and Halley. He lives in the French Quarter with his wife, Patricia.
